I had the pleasure of being a part of the ND 2011 Colt starting clinic with Jack Lieser. The colt starting clinics not only give you a great idea of how these wild horses live and interact by offering you live observation of many different herds but also has the added benifit of learning how the colts respond to human interaction. Quick witted, willing and interested you get a crash course on the Nokotas® in general, what they are capable of and what they want and need from us. I don't care if you are a beginner or an expert trainer, this experience is for everyone who wants to know more about this very special breed and their own horsemanship. It's my personal opinion that anyone who owns a horse needs to experience this. This clinic is fantastic if you want to learn more about Nokotas® and more about yourself at the same time.
