2010 PA Farm Show
The Pennsylvania Farm Show, the largest indoor event of its kind in the country, will hold its 94th edition in Harrisburg, PA, January 9-16, 2010. The Harrisburg Expo complex will host more than 400,000 visitors and, for the second year, the Nokotas will be there, appearing as part of the Equine Showcase under the direction of Karen Orloff-Yatsko of Peaceful Valley Equestrian Center.

Joining the Nokotas from Peaceful Valley, Miakoda (American Warmblood Society "Pony of the Year") and Mariah, will be Hillary Goff with Leif, Isaac and Jimmi and Terri & Chud Fuellgraf with Tower (second place in the Nokota Breed Class at Dressage at Devon) and Red Cloud.  The Nokotas will feature prominently in the performance, demonstration and 'Meet the Public' portions of the three-day program.

"Do YOU know a Nokota?"  Knowing, especially with Nokotas, that it's not ONLY the horses BUT their people that make "the Nokota magic," Leo, Frank and Shelly will once again make the long trip east to host the Nokota Exhibit. In addition to their performance in the Large Arena, this year's exhibit will feature multimedia presentations and live "fence-side chats" to give the public the chance to see, hear, touch and experience, first hand, the beauty, nobility and indomitable spirit of this embattled breed and the dedication and enthusiasm of their people.

So, if you happen to be in Harrisburg please stop by and say "Hello" and get to know a Nokota.
